Happy 4th of July! Looking for ways to celebrate? Fort Wayne has you covered!

• Take the kids to the zoo! The Fort Wayne Children’s Zoo is open 9-5 on the 4th. Lots of fun educational sessions and animal feedings going on all day .
• Take a picnic to Franke Park for your day at the zoo. Or check out the other area parks that are perfect for hosting 4th of July parties or BBQs
• Fort Wayne’s 4th of July Fireworks are at 10PM (or as soon as the TinCaps game ends, if it runs long). The show is launched from the Indiana Michigan Power Center. Eat dinner first or grab food to go from a Downtown restaurant , then find a spot in Headwaters Park or Freimann Square to watch the show.
• The TinCaps play the Dayton Dragons at 6:35 that evening, for tickets
