How do I sign up?

In order to sign up, please go to our online rent payment page and click on the “Click to Pay Now” button on the home page. It will ask you to enter your account number and last name. Zego will then verify your account and log you in, select ‘Make Payment’ to make a payment or “Automatic Payments’ to set up an automatic debit each month. It’s that easy!

How does Zego work?

Once you are a member of Zego, you can go to our online rent payment page and make payments with either a credit card or via e-check. Standard processing takes 2-3 business days. If you select ExpressPay, and make your payment before 11:30 AM PST on a week day your payment will be processed the same day. Otherwise, it will process for the next business day deposit.

Business days include Monday-Friday excluding weekends and holidays. It is important to remember these processing times when making a payment ON TIME. You may also make a payment over the phone by calling Zego at (866) 729-5327.

Is there a contract or can I cancel at any time?

With Zego there is no contract. Zego is an option for you to make your rental payments easier. If you opt to be a member of Zego and still send in a paper check, you will not incur any monthly fees for not using the service. Fees are incurred only when you process a payment.
