Keys will be furnished only after the lease and other applicable addenda have been properly executed by ALL PARTIES and only after applicable rentals and deposits have been paid. The facts set forth in my application are true and complete.

I authorize SENTRY MANAGEMENT to make any investigation of my resident history, criminal record, employment history, and credit financial record.

I understand I acquire no rights in an apartment until I sign a lease in the form submitted to me and make a deposit on the apartment I have selected: and which deposit is to be held as long as I occupy the apartment. I hereby waive all rights to the return of this deposit and I understand that said deposit is non-refundable, in the event that I do not choose to enter the lease applied for herein.

The undersigned does hereby consent to the release of the information contained in this application to any local, state, or federal government agency or affiliate thereof in the event that said governmental agency should contact SENTRY MANAGEMENT in order to obtain such information.
