The staff at Willow Creek Crossing would like to take a moment to thank our residents for rising to the occasion of our HUD inspection that took place last month. Our property passed the inspection with flying colors and 85% of the apartments inspected had zero deficiencies!

Congratulations to the residents who won $20 gas cards! Also, a big thank you to everyone for reading the many notices that detailed what was expected of our complex and for taking ownership in your community. In addition to the gift card giveaway, the office would like to show our appreciation by declaring February Resident Appreciation Month to celebrate our wonderful residents!

Please join us at the following events scheduled throughout the month of February:

• Donut Forget Your Rent! – February 1st – All Day: Grab a donut when you bring in your rent on the 1st of the month and don’t forget to use the coupons attached to your newsletter to sign up for the Early Bird drawing! Also, sign up Feb 1st-5th to win a special Valentine Package valued at $100!
• Movers & Shakers – February 13 – 5:00-7:00 pm: Join us for a Pre-Valentine’s Day cocktail party to show our love for our residents. (21 and over)
• Take a Pizza our Heart – February 21 – 4:00-6:00 pm: Stop by the office to grab a slice of pizza and a cookie for a quick dinner on us!
